Cranio Sacral osteopathy

What is cranio sacral osteopathy ?

Cranio sacral osteopathy is a form of osteopathic treatment that is used for both, diagnostically and therapeutically.
This method encourages stress and strains releases throughout the body and the head by applying various techniques from the cranium to the sacrum.

Restoring the body’s normal function

Cranio sacral osteopathy aims to normalise function and structure of all the body tissues through the mechanism of the cranial rhythm.
It works towards normalisation of cranial, spinal, autonomic nerve, arterial, veinous and lymphatic functions but also with the correction of cranial and facial joint strains.

Cranial osteopathy is gentle and non-invasive. It can be effective for both neurological and orthopedic pathologies.
