Mukaino Method ®

The Mukaino method was invented by Dr. Yoshito Mukaino in Japan in the late 1980s.
It is based on the principle of meridians of Chinese medicine combined with the analysis of movements (flexion, extension, rotation, inclination, adduction and abduction) in athletes.
The meridians run along our body like railway tracks and each have specific points that can be compared to stations. Each meridian is specific to an organ and each meridian point has one or more specific functions.
